  Horrible customer service from the assistant store manager herself. She did not even seem like she wanted to help me, and I was only one of two people there. She claimed if I wanted to upgrade my phone, I would have to pay almost 500. I told her I was on a plan to switch to the new Galaxy after 12 successful & timely payments. She said that was incorrect and said that would be the price and there was nothing to do about it. Instead of taking her word for it, I called Sprint. The level of customer service was INFINITELY better over the phone. They checked my information, told me I was indeed correct and am eligible to upgrade after 12 months for no additional charge and they even waived the upgrade fee. I am now writing this review as I await my new phone, no thanks to this store.

  I went in yesterday to see about upgrading my phone for Mothers Day. I was helped by Eric, he figured out the exact amount I (my husband) would be paying out of pocket to terminate my lease and the damage fee for my cracked screen. I was able to upgrade to the new S8 and I love it. We were there for about 2 hours but the entire staff were helpful, hilarious, and knowledgeable, so the time went by fast! Thanks y'all!
