  I visited during Christmas, so it was tough at times to find someone to assist. A couple of employees passed me by & asked if I needed assistance, but they did not work in the department that I needed assistance in. Best Buy has a great selection of products. The only thing that bugs is that when I make purchases, sometimes the cashiers says they can't find my membership to credit points for my purchases and other times they do find it. Seems like it's always a shot in the dark.

  Always get greeted when coming in the main entrance. They have plenty of employees to help you find what you're looking for. Aisles are always clean and well organized with proper signage. Customer service is always helpful and fast. Parking sometimes is a bit hectic on weekends but still no issue. One of the best Best Buys on the west side of town.
